These terms apply when you visit our pages, register for Turn the Crash Into Cash, or buy any of our programs from Robert Buys Houses, LLC ("we," "us"). By registering or buying, you agree to them.
The training
Turn the Crash Into Cash is a recorded, three-part online training. Your purchase includes lifetime access to all three sessions, every workbook and tool, and the 10 Crash Commandments video course, delivered in RH Academy at portal.robertharrold.com.
It also includes a monthly live Q&A on Zoom, currently held the last Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM Eastern. We may change the day or time with notice by email, and we may end the monthly Q&A with 30 days' notice by email. The recorded training stays yours either way.
Your access is personal
Your RH Academy login and the Q&A Zoom link are for you only. Don't share them, resell them or let others use them. We may cancel access that is shared or misused, without a refund.
Programs and software
Programs offered during or after the training are delivered online through RH Academy, our members area. We may update course content to keep it accurate.
Payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose a buy now, pay later option, that provider approves you and sets its own terms; your agreement for those payments is with them.
Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Our content
All training videos, slides, worksheets, tools and other materials belong to Robert Buys Houses, LLC. You may use them for your own learning and your own deals. You may not record, copy, resell, publish or share them, or use them to teach others, without our written permission.
Conduct
Be respectful in the chat and any community space. We may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, shares illegal content or disrupts the training, without a refund.
Education, not advice
Our training is for educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, investment, lending or real estate brokerage advice. Talk to a licensed attorney, CPA, lender or real estate professional before making decisions.
No guarantee of results
We make no promise that you will make money, buy a property or close a deal. Any examples of results are explained in our Earnings Disclaimer. Comments about market conditions, including a "crash" or "pullback," are opinions, not predictions.
Follow the law where you live
Wholesaling, assigning contracts, novations, subject-to transactions, contacting homeowners in foreclosure, and calling or texting sellers are regulated differently in each state, and some require a license or specific disclosures. You are responsible for following the laws where you do business, including do-not-call and texting rules.
Third-party services
We use outside services such as Zoom, Stripe, HighLevel and buy now, pay later providers. We aren't responsible for their outages or policies.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of our training or programs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product involved.
Disputes
Please email us first; most problems can be solved quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our pages or programs after an update means you accept it.
