This policy covers purchases from Robert Buys Houses, LLC for the Turn the Crash Into Cash training. We want every buyer to feel good about their purchase, so the rules are simple.
Turn the Crash Into Cash training ($47)
You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason. Your purchase includes all three training sessions, every workbook and tool, the 10 Crash Commandments video course and the monthly live Q&A. If you request a refund, your access to all of it ends with it.
Programs (Home Buyer Blueprint, Portfolio Builder, Crash to Cash Academy)
You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. After 14 days, program purchases are non-refundable. If you paid with a buy now, pay later option, the refund goes to that provider, which updates or cancels your payment plan under its own terms.
If a live Q&A changes
If we need to move or cancel a monthly live Q&A, we'll tell you by email. A changed Q&A date is not a reason for a refund after your 7-day window.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with "Refund" in the subject line. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
