This policy explains what information Robert Buys Houses, LLC ("we," "us") collects when you visit our pages, register for Turn the Crash Into Cash, or buy one of our programs, and how we use it. We don't sell your personal information.
Information we collect
When you register or buy, we collect your name, email address and phone number, plus details of your order. Payments are processed by Stripe, and if you choose a buy now, pay later option, by that provider. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit our pages, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information, such as your browser, device, pages visited and how you arrived, using cookies and similar tools.
If you email us, attend a live Q&A or post in the chat, we keep what you send us, such as your messages, questions and homework answers.
How we use it
- To register you for the training and send your access details and reminders
- To deliver the programs, recorded training and tools you buy
- To answer support questions and process refunds
- To send updates and offers about our training, which you can stop anytime
- To understand how our pages perform and improve them
- To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the training, and only for that purpose. These include our CRM and email platform (HighLevel), our webinar platform (Zoom, which receives your name and email to create your personal join link), our payment processor (Stripe) and any buy now, pay later provider you choose. We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about your training, such as reminders, training links and monthly Q&A reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Emails
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still send emails about a purchase, such as your access details or a receipt.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, pixels and analytics tools to understand traffic and measure our ads and videos. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some page features may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as you have an account or a purchase with us, and afterward as long as we need it for legal, tax and accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner, as described below.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them.
Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our training is for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be shared by email or on our pages.
